Two Nigerians, Okwara Victor Emeka, 40, and Okoro Okeke 31,Tuesday, were
arraigned along side a Filipino, Divina Gu-tierrez Matias, 34,for the kidnap of a 50,
Japanese engineer in Malaysia. Malaysia newspaper, News strait times report that
the three men abducted the victim sehunske Kabayakaw, 50 in Jalan bebuh pudu, and
confined him in a condominum unit at Venice hills, Cheras, at 11:30 pm on march 13.
The Nigerian men are said to be studying in the Country, while the Filipino works as a
maid, no plea was recorded from the three accused, who were charged under section 3
of the kidnapping Act, Which carries the death penalty, or life imprisonment, if found guilty.
